Weight - 236.0
I definitely feel like I am fighting for every ounce. I hate it.
I finally got to the endocrinologist. I am not happy. He basically tried to whisk me in and out figuring that because my levels were "normal", I would be in and out. He didn't even ask how I was feeling other than the cursory greeting, with which I replied "like crap". (When my levels are where they currently are, I have historically felt like crap. I need my levels a little lower to feel my best, which we have discussed, but he seemed to have forgotten.) I had to actually say "hold on a minute" to get him to stop whisking me out of the room and actually listen to me. I had to BEG to try adding in a medicine, but not until after I had to suffer through a lecture about how my thyroid isn't the cause of all my problems and I really need to have more tests, which he wouldn't order. All in all, it was a poor appointment. I think if he had been willing to just talk to me, I might have felt better about the whole thing. Needless to say, it is time for a new doctor.
(I did take the medicine this morning and I have noticed a huge uptick in energy and focus, we'll see if that is just because I know it should help or if it is actually helping.)

Bummer
Weight - 237.6 lbs
What a bummer. I ate well, exercised, etc. and I am down 0.2 lbs. I am sure that PMS is contributing, but this sucks.

And I am back
Today's weight - 237.8
Boo
But not unexpected. I have strong suspicions that my thyroid is off. Plus, let's be honest, I haven't been good at all about my eating.
All I can do it get back at it. And get my thyroid checked.
